📌職務內容
• 協助在臺德國學生及實習生、為臺灣學生提供德國留學諮詢、提供跨文化協助
• 組織學術和高等教育活動
• 進行以臺灣半導體產業及相關研究為主的調查與分析工作
• 德文/英文/中文的翻譯工作
• 社群媒體管理營運
• 建立校友資料庫、重新整理現有聯絡人資料庫
• 安排行程、接聽電話以及統籌媒體公關相關事務
• 簡報及各類報告製作
• 其他主管交辦事項
📌應徵資格
• 具大學學歷或同等資格
• 中文母語並具備良好英語及德語能力（書面及口語表達）
• 具辦公室管理或行政經驗尤佳
• 具出色的電腦技能，熟練Microsoft Word、Excel、Outlook及PowerPoint
• 能獨立作業，亦能團隊合作
• 具備富邏輯性的分析思考能力
• 擁有創意思維並可主動提出改進建議
📌關於德國薩克森自由邦駐臺科技辦事處
德國薩克森自由邦駐臺科技辦事處致力於推廣薩克森邦與臺灣之間的學術交流。設址於臺北德國經濟辦事處，並由德勒斯登工業大學（TU Dresden）代表薩克森邦的所有高等院校及研究機構負責營運。
辦事處所推行的首項專案為「半導體人才培育計畫」（STIPT, Semiconductor Talent Incubation Program Taiwan）。計畫內容包括提供薩克森地區大學生為期六個月的赴臺培訓計畫，期間學生將先於臺灣的大學修習學程，隨後前往全球半導體產業領導企業—台積電的中科廠區接受實務培訓。
薩克森自由邦駐臺科技辦事處同時也積極參與各高教教育展與其他推廣活動，計畫性推廣薩克森的留學及研究優勢，期望吸引臺灣人才前往薩克森的大學進修以及投入當地產業發展。辦事處亦提供學術交流諮詢服務，並推廣各項獎學金與資助計畫，以深化臺灣與薩克森間的交流並支持研究合作與學術代表團參訪。

[Saxon Science Liaison Office Taiwan] Office Administration, Project Manager]
📌𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗷𝗼𝗯
- Support German students and interns in Taiwan as well as intercultural consulting
- Organize academic and higher education marketing events
- Research tasks, particularly on the Taiwanese semiconductor industry
- Translation tasks German/English/Mandarin Chinese
- Social media management
- Creation of an alumni database; reorganization of the contact database
- Scheduling appointments, answering calls, coordination of media and public relations work
- Creating presentations and other reports
- Other supervisor's assignments
📌𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Native Mandarin and good English and German skills (written and verbal communication skills)
- Ideally experience as Office Manager or administrator
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
📌𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝗮𝘅𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗧𝗮𝗶𝘄𝗮𝗻
The Saxon Science Liaison Office Taiwan represents and promotes scientific exchange between #Saxony and #Taiwan. Based in the German Trade Office Taipei (AHK Taiwan) Taipei, Technische Universität Dresden operates this office on behalf of all Saxon universities and research institutions. One of the first programs that is coordinated by this office is the Semiconductor Talent Incubation Program (#STIPT). The program includes a six-month stay in Taiwan for students from Saxony, where they complete an academic program that takes place at a Taiwanese University. This is then followed by a practical training in Taichung at TSMC –a global leader in the semiconductor industry.
At the same time, the Saxon Science Liaison Office Taiwan systematically promotes #Saxony as an attractive destination for study and research at higher education fairs and other marketing events in order to attract talent from #Taiwan to Saxon universities as well as industry and commerce. The office provides study counseling for those interested in academic exchange. The Saxon Science Liaison Office Taiwan promotes scholarships and funding programs that are intended to increase exchange between Saxony and Taiwan and supports research collaborations and scientific delegations.
