Responsibilities and Duties

- Trade Fair Marketing (Website, EDM, Sales Documents, Social Media Outlets)

- Vendor Communication

- Customer Support

- Administrative Operations

- On-site Event Execution

- Cold-Call Business Development

Qualifications

- Language Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin. Proficiency in German is a plus but not mandatory.

- Organizational Skills: Ability to compartmentalize tasks while maintaining a comprehensive overview of multiple projects, with strong prioritization skills.

- Time Management: Excellent time-management, attention to detail, and a readiness to work in a team environment.

- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
